Virtual Assistant & Content Writer

We’re hiring a Content & Operations Assistant (Virtual)

We’re a creative agency working with food, beverage, and eCommerce brands. We’re looking for a detail-oriented assistant to help general tasks and help to write blog content as well as newsletter content.

Responsibilities:

Format and upload blog content to websites (Shopify, Webflow, Framer)
Build and schedule email newsletters (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
Repurpose content across blog, email, and social
Some competitor research & outreach
Organize files, track tasks, and support day-to-day operations

You’re a great fit if you:

Have strong written English
Are detail-oriented and organized
Have experience with CMS platforms (Shopify/Webflow preferred)
Can follow systems and execute quickly
Are proactive and communicate clearly

Nice to have:

Basic SEO knowledge
Experience with Klaviyo or email platforms
Experience working with agencies or eCommerce brands
