Virtual Assistant-Content Manager(Creative + Operational + Emotional Intelligence)

We are hiring a sharp, emotionally intelligent Virtual Assistant & Content Manager who understands the blend of visual creativity, brand storytelling, spiritual awareness, operational efficiency, and marketing intuition.

You will assist the curator with:

Video and photo editing (CapCut, Canva Pro, or your preferred tools)

Content scheduling & publishing (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts)

Repurposing and scripting videos using raw footage and short notes

Brand consistency (ensuring fonts, color palette, captions, and hashtags match the aesthetic)

Social media calendar management (Google Sheets)

Glow-up kit design assistance (PDFs, visual checklists, affirmation cards, etc)

Monitoring DMs and engagement replies (empathy-led tone)

Uploading footage to Google Drive or Dropbox in a structured way

We are seeking someone who is:

Proactive and emotionally intuitive

Naturally creative, but with strong structure and follow-through

Obsessed with brand detail (aesthetic, voice, captions, edits)

Knows how to take ownership of a vision and execute beautifully

Can work with minimal hand-holding but maximum feedback alignment

Open to being part of a deeper mission empowering women

Uploading footage to Google Drive or Dropbox in a structured way
