Virtual Assistant (Gym App) - Content Creator (No Experience Needed)

You’ll be creating clean, catchy, viral-style videos/slideshows for our apps — the kind of content you already see on your For You Page.

Think of it like turning your scrolling habit into your paycheck $$$.


*START AS A VA. GROW INTO ANYTHING*
We’re a Gen Z–run app studio with 3 fast-growing apps.

If you show talent and consistency, this role can quickly turn into:
- VA Manager (Super VA) — managing other VAs
- Content Creator
- Creative Strategist

No diploma. No bootcamp. Just results.


*WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO*
- Create TikTok-style videos, slideshows, and ---------- s for our apps
- Use CapCut + Canva daily
- Follow our content formats and replicate them consistently
- Post 3 videos/slideshows per account/day (we assign the number of accounts depending on performance)
- Submit work for review until you show a full understanding
- Use the premium versions of our apps (we give free access)

If you’re smart and fast with trends, you can easily make 20 videos/day using our building-block system.

*HOW THE HIRING WORKS*

Step 1) Apply
Send your message with your answers AND drive link containing your 2 tests.

Step 2) 1 - Week Paid Trial
We check consistency, attention to detail, and output.

Step 3) Official Hire
If you pass the trial week, we onboard you fully.

Step 4) Promotion to VA Manager
IF you show total understanding, leadership, and high-quality output, you can be promoted quickly. (We’re hiring for this role too, but prefer to promote internally.)


*THE TEST (Mandatory, if you get selected, the 2 Test pieces of content produced are going to be paid at the full rate)*

You must complete the 2 tests (only applications with both tests done will be considered!!), one made in Canva and the other in CapCut.
The TEST Google Drive here contains:
- Detailed instructions for both tests (READ CAREFULLY)
- All the material you need to make the tests
- Examples for reference

TEST 1 — Slideshow Creation (short 2-slide slideshow)
You will find in the drive:
- 3 example slideshows
- A set of blank slides (no text) for you to use in your slideshow

Your task:
- Create your own 2-page slideshow
- It must follow the same format, aesthetic, and vibe as the examples
- Text must match the purpose and style of the examples
- Do not copy the text; recreate the concept with different words
- Structure must match the examples

Test 2 — Video Recreation
You will find in the drive:
- 3 example videos
- The app demo clips you must use

Your task:
- Recreate one (1) video in the exact same format as the examples

In general:
- Your video must feel like it could be “Example #4” right next to the others
- Your text must make sense with the clip on screen
- Demo clips must be shown in the same order as the example videos

What to keep exactly the same as the examples:
- Text font
- Timing
- Pacing
- Structure
- Flow
- Purpose
- General message

What to do differently from the examples:
- Your hook clip
- Your text (different words, same type of message/purpose)


*HOW TO SUBMIT THE JOB APPLICATION*
