JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing company in the healthcare and insurance space looking for a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & Content Creation Assistant to join our team.

This is a dynamic and creative role where you’ll be working closely with the founder and wider team to shape our brand presence, assist with client-facing materials, and drive engagement on LinkedIn. If you’re highly organized, have a good design eye, love creating content, and know how to write compelling copy — we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:
- Format and design Google Slides for client presentations and internal decks
- Write and structure content for client-facing documents and company materials
- Manage our LinkedIn presence, including scheduling posts and creating campaigns using LinkedIn Ads
- Design graphics using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe (e.g. banners, thumbnails, infographics)
- Ghostwrite and edit professional articles and thought leadership content
- Assist with general administrative tasks when needed

Requirements:
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills
- Proven experience in design and formatting presentations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, including posting content and running ads
- Ability to write or ghostwrite professional content and manage our newsletters
- Proactive, highly organized, and self-motivated
- Bonus if you have experience with basic analytics or reporting tools

Working Hours:
- This is a full-time remote role (40 hours per week). You should be available for some overlap with UK business hours, ideally from 7am UKT to 4pm UKT with 1h dinner break

- LinkedIn & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, Attio
