Virtual Assistant – Community Manager & Sales Support (Full Time, Remote)

We're looking for a sharp, sales-minded VA to join a fast-growing spiritual content and manifestation brand on Facebook and Instagram.

This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who genuinely cares about turning followers into buyers, thinks ahead, and takes initiative without being asked.

If you need constant hand-holding or just want to tick boxes, this isn't for you. If you're proactive, love people, and want to grow with a brand that's scaling fast - read on.
What you'll be doing:

Replying to comments on Facebook and Instagram posts/reels daily - warmly, quickly, on brand
Managing DMs - answering product questions, handling objections, directing people to purchase
Actively helping convert engaged followers into customers using provided scripts and FAQs
Screenshotting the best comments and reviews daily and sending them over
Spotting what the audience is asking for and flagging potential offer ideas proactively
Nurturing a warm community that feels seen and keeps coming back
Flagging anything urgent, sensitive or that needs the founder's direct response

What we need from you:

Excellent written English - your replies will represent this brand publicly
Proven experience managing comments and DMs for a social media brand
A sales mindset - you understand that every comment and DM is an opportunity
Someone who notices things and speaks up rather than waiting to be told
Available and responsive during your agreed working hours, no exceptions
Experience in spiritual, wellness or lifestyle content is a strong advantage

Details:

5 hours per day, 5 days a week
Remote, Philippines-based
Starting rate: £4/hr with performance bonuses for revenue contribution
Rate reviewed and increased based on results - we reward people who deliver
