JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and manage our growing online community site. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with users, creating compelling content, and utilizing AI tools to drive SEO performance. You will be the voice of our community, ensuring that content is fresh, relevant, and engaging, while also utilizing your creativity and AI-driven insights to optimize the site's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Foster a positive and active online community by engaging with users, answering questions, and promoting discussions. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and forum posts in a timely manner.

Content Creation & Curation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for the community site, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates. Utilize AI tools to brainstorm, write, and refine content that resonates with the audience.

SEO Optimization: Leverage AI tools to manage and improve SEO across the site, researching and implementing keywords, meta tags, and backlink strategies to boost organic traffic.

AI Tool Utilization: Implement and manage AI-driven tools to enhance content quality, track performance metrics, and automate repetitive tasks to optimize workflow efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting: Track community engagement metrics, website traffic, and content performance. Provide regular reports on the health and growth of the community, offering suggestions for improvement.

Creative Thinking: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for content, campaigns, and community-building initiatives. Innovate new ways to increase user participation and keep the community vibrant and engaged.

Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow the community, recruit new members, and retain existing users. Collaborate with marketing teams to cross-promote the community and content.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing online communities, content creation, and digital marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO and experience using AI tools to manage SEO strategies.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Familiarity with community management platforms (e.g., ---------- , Slack, Facebook Groups, or similar).

Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in community building.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and strategies for engagement.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with a variety of AI tools for content management, SEO, and analytics.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, etc.)

Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for content creation.

Previous experience working remotely and managing digital communities.
