We’re hiring: Virtual Assistant & Content Coordinator (5–10 hrs/week)

I’m looking for someone to join our small, fast growing team who can help keep the wheels turning on all the behind the scenes content and communication that goes into running a beauty and coaching business.

This is not just a VA job. I’m looking for someone who is super organised, creative, and genuinely excited about our mission to help beauty professionals grow their business and show up more confidently. You’ll be my right-hand person, and it’s important to me that you’re someone who brings energy, takes initiative, and genuinely gets our brand.

About Us:
We’re a beauty education and coaching brand that supports women to build confidence, visibility, and ---------- ntum in their beauty businesses. We run online courses, workshops, a podcast, and a growing community and we love helping people step into their potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be managing our content systems, especially around the podcast, social media, and email marketing. We’re looking for someone who understands social media planning and scripting, you won’t be editing or filming, but you’ll write captions, plan post ideas, and help shape the strategy behind what we’re putting out.

You’ll also be supporting with community management and engagement, making sure our community spaces feel active, supported, and aligned with our brand energy.

There will also be general admin and data entry tasks that keep our systems running smoothly, so we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get into the details and keep things tidy and organised.

Your day to day might include:
Listening to podcast episodes for final tone check

Uploading and scheduling podcast episodes

Tracking podcast performance and sharing insights

Turning podcast content into blog posts, email copy, Instagram captions or Reels scripts

Writing and scheduling weekly marketing emails (Flodesk)

Creating campaigns for launches or promos

Monitoring open/click rates and sharing what’s working

Planning out the social media calendar and post ideas

Writing social captions and scripts for short-form video content

Scheduling posts in Facebook groups and community platforms

Posting engagement questions, polls, and updates to keep the community active

Organising Zoom replays, client notes, and internal folders

Helping prepare workshop slide decks and content outlines

Keeping Google Drive tidy and helping with light data entry/admin tasks

You’ll Love This Role If You:
Are organised and reliable, but also creative and fun

Have a genuine interest in beauty, personal development, or online business

Are confident writing in someone else’s voice (we’ll give you guidance and examples)

Have experience using Flodesk, Canva, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools

Enjoy structure and bringing ideas to life with a clear plan

Are a strong communicator who works well independently

Are happy to manage admin tasks in between creative work

Bonus if you:
Have worked in the beauty or coaching industry

Are familiar with tools like Planoly, Meta Business Suite, Circle.so or Ivorey

Have a background in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management

Time Commitment:
5–10 hours a week to start, with the opportunity to grow over time.

This is a remote and flexible role, but we do work to a weekly rhythm and things need to go out on time — so reliability is a must. Ideally, you’re looking for something long-term and want to be part of a brand that’s doing meaningful work.
