Trinity Flooring is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant Cold Caller to help grow our business by connecting with contractors, builders, and business owners across the United States.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to contractors and businesses daily
* Introduce and promote our flooring, cabinets, and construction material products
* Handle objections professionally and confidently
* Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
* Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM
* Set qualified appointments and identify sales opportunities

Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Professional phone presence and positive attitude
* Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
* Strong objection-handling skills
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Ability to work during U.S. business hours
