Role Overview
This role is designed for someone who can start strong in client success + community (biggest impact for clients + saves me the most time) and then grow into DM sales + more.
You’ll work 4 hrs/day (Mon–Fri) split between:
Client Success (Trainerize backend)
Community Engagement & Moderation
DM Sales Lead Nurturing
Social Media Support
Weekly High-Protein Recipe Development
Responsibilities (Prioritized)
Immediate Focus (first 30 days)
Daily client check-ins in Trainerize (20+ women: workouts, nutrition, steps, protein).
Send firm, supportive accountability nudges in a “big-sis” tone.
Ensure every new community member posts an intro within 48 hrs.
Post daily engagement threads in community and organizing challenge posts and answering fitness questions (polls, food swaps, mindset prompts).
Flag red-flag clients (missed workouts, no logs) quickly.
Short-Term (month 1–2)
Maintain a clean DM tracker; follow up with warm leads.
Create & deliver 1 macro-friendly high-protein recipe/week (?20g protein/serving, with macros/portions, formatted in Canva/Doc).
Support social posting calendar and have suggestions for optimizing (captions/hashtags uploaded, reels/carousels scheduled).
Long-Term (month 3+)
Own community campaigns (weekly challenges, spotlight wins, coaching live reminders).
Handle DM objections + book calls confidently.
Repurpose social content into multiple formats.
Build a recipe bank (20+ recipes) ? eBook-ready.
Provide weekly KPI reports (client success %, DM pipeline, social engagement, community engagement, recipes delivered).
Who You Are
1+ year in fitness coaching VA / DM sales / community role.
Trainerize experience (non-negotiable).
Proven record in client accountability + sales call booking.
Strong at social scheduling + Canva/CapCut editing.
Familiar with Desi foods/macros (bonus).
Excellent written English and full understanding; strong emotional intelligence.
Organized, proactive, resourceful, and thrive independently.
You bring ideas and solutions, not just tasks.
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
95%+ of clients checked/responded to daily.
Daily engagement posts (5/5 weekdays).
New member intros posted within 48 hrs.
2+ inactive member nudges/week.
1 high-protein recipe/week (?20g protein/serving).
Consistent booked calls + clean DM pipeline.
100% on-time content posting.
Schedule & Pay
4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri (must overlap with PST 1–2 hrs).
Growth potential ? Community + Content Manager role for top performer + more
Tech Stack
Trainerize, (new app launching Oct; will have to coordinate both while in transition), Instagram/Facebook, Meta Suite, Google Sheets/Docs, Canva, CapCut, Loom, CRM/Lead tracker.
