Virtual Assistant – Client Intake, GHL CRM Optimization & SEO

Location: Remote (Must overlap with US Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST / 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
Hours: Full-Time (40-50 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
Compensation: $100 - $125/week to start (with clear room for growth and increases based on performance) | Paid weekly via Wise

### Your Mission
The primary goal of this position is to protect the business owner's time. You will ensure we **never miss a single new lead**, handle inbound/outbound calls seamlessly, and get quote appointments booked on our calendar so the owner can focus on high-level operations.

### About the Role
We are a growing business based in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Because we are growing, call volume fluctuates. You might only handle a handful of calls a day, which means there will be a significant amount of "filler time."

We don't want that time wasted. A small portion of your downtime will be spent scheduling social media posts, but the **majority of your downtime will be spent working on our SEO.** > ?? **Please Note:** We will provide comprehensive course materials, but this is **not** a passive studying role. You will be expected to learn a concept from the course and immediately execute and do the actual SEO work on our website and Google Business Profile. You are being paid to actively learn and implement high-value SEO strategies.

Additionally, we want to scale efficiently. We need someone who can look at our GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, bring their own expertise to the table, and help us polish, streamline, and build clean Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our CRM and business operations.

### Key Responsibilities
* **Elite Phone & Lead Management:** Answer inbound calls instantly, respond to texts/emails/social messages, pull necessary information online (property details, maps, etc.) to help the owner provide an accurate quote, and book the quote appointment.
* **GoHighLevel (GHL) Optimization:** Review our current GHL workflows, clean up automations, and bring your expertise to streamline our CRM processes.
* **Active SEO Execution (During Downtime):** Go through our provided SEO training modules and directly execute those strategies in real-time on our website and Google Business Profile. You will be doing the actual, live SEO work.
* **Documentation:** Work with the owner to organize our daily processes into clear SOPs for future field technicians.

### What We Are Looking For
* **Exceptional Phone Presence:** Your spoken English must be awesome, confident, and friendly. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to American homeowners/businesses.
* **GoHighLevel Experience:** Highly preferred. We want someone who already knows their way around GHL and can help us make the system run smoother.
* **Resourceful & Hands-On Learner:** You don't need a manager holding your hand. If you are given an SEO course module or need to figure out a GHL workflow, you are the type of person who dives in, researches, figures it out, and gets the job done.
* **Reliability:** Excellent internet connection, a quiet workspace, a backup power/internet solution, and a commitment to being 100% responsive during US business hours.
