Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (Every 2 Weeks)
Schedule: Flexible
Hours: Minimum of 2.20 hours per day, 5 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on performance and business needs.

Lotus Rentals is a growing car rental company serving customers in Texas and New York. We provide affordable and reliable vehicle rentals for rideshare drivers, commuters, travelers, and everyday transportation needs.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. No car rental experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
Assist customers with reservations and rental questions
Send rental agreements, invoices, and payment reminders
Verify customer documents and information
Update customer records and spreadsheets
Follow up professionally on overdue payments
Post and manage vehicle listings online
Assist with scheduling vehicle pickups and returns
Perform general administrative tasks
Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows
Requirements
Good written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Computer or laptop
Strong attention to detail
Professional and dependable
Ability to work independently

Experience
