Virtual Assistant / CRM & Workflow Operations Specialist

I’m looking for a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a CRM system for tracking brand deals. This includes organizing contracts, payments, deadlines, deliverables, and invoicing. You’ll also support research on potential brand partners for my clients.

The main focus of this role is to create a simple, functional, and organized CRM that makes it easy to track every stage of a brand deal. This will start as part-time work, but there’s real potential to grow into a full-time role. The more value you bring, the more opportunity you’ll have to expand your hours and responsibilities.

Beyond CRM, this role has room to grow into other areas, including helping build systems and workflows around content creation, and researching brands that are active in our space. I’m looking for someone who’s not just checking boxes but looking for ways to make the role bigger than it is right now. If you go above and beyond, there’s no ceiling.

I need someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives without micromanagement. You should be the type of person who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative. A go-getter mindset is essential.

I work with some of the biggest creators in the world on YouTube and other social platforms, so staying organized and on top of things is key.
