We are a small Canadian video and photography production company (Ottawa, Ontario) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support our outbound B2B sales prospecting on a long-term basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Researching marketing decision-makers at target companies in Ottawa, Toronto, and the surrounding areas using LinkedIn,
- Building and maintaining contact lists in our Zoho CRM
- Creating and sending templated outreach
- Tracking responses and updating lead statuses through our sales funnel
- Light admin and reporting as needed
What we're looking for:
- Strong written English that sounds natural to a Canadian business audience
- Reliable internet connection
- Background in multimedia production, broadcast, film, or a related field is a strong asset - you should understand industry terminology such as B-roll, deliverables, color grading, live switching, motion graphics, drone footage, and be familiar with tools and technology as well as workflows so you can speak credibly to prospects
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) or spreadsheets
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Monitoring
- Building and maintaining a library of pre-written outreach message templates organized by industry, platform, and service type
Work setup:
Part-time, 15-20 hours per week with option to expand to full-time
Fully async is fine with overlap with regular business hours in Eastern Time (EST) (9 am - 5 pm)
