We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps U.S.-based construction businesses (landscapers, contractors, hardscapers, concrete companies, and home service providers) generate consistent, high-quality leads and turn them into booked appointments. Our systems focus on performance, communication, and long-term client success.

We are currently looking for a high-level Appointment Setter / Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our remote team and play a key role in lead conversion and client satisfaction.

This position is ideal for someone who is articulate, organized, confident, and understands how to communicate professionally with American homeowners and business owners.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role position combining:

Appointment Setting for warm homeowner leads

Client Success Management for ongoing client communication and feedback

You will be responsible for ensuring leads are properly handled, appointments are booked, and clients feel supported, informed, and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Setting

Call warm homeowner leads provided by our marketing systems

Qualify leads and book appointments for our construction clients

Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and CRM notes

Maintain high booking rates and professional communication

Client Success Management

Call clients regularly to gather feedback on lead quality and service performance

Identify issues, concerns, or improvement opportunities

Report feedback clearly to the internal team

Ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships

Communication & Coordination

Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal departments

Ensure information is accurately transferred and followed up

Keep detailed notes and updates in the CRM and tracking systems

Requirements

English level: C2 (Fluent) with a neutral accent ONLY
(Absolutely no strong accents – this role requires regular Zoom calls with U.S. clients)

Comfortable speaking confidently on Zoom with American business owners

Working hours 8AM - 5PM PST

Professional home office setup with:

Clean, presentable background

Stable internet connection

Clear microphone and camera

Prior experience in:

Appointment setting

Client success

Customer service

Call center or outbound dialing (preferred)

Excellent:
