???? Job Overview
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us set appointments with E-Commerce brands and Personal Brands. This is a performance-based role — no base salary, but you will earn commissions/bonuses for every qualified call booked.

You’ll use our proven Appointment-Setting Playbook with step-by-step outreach templates, scripts, and tracking system. Your goal: consistent execution and filling our calendar with high-quality prospects.

???? Responsibilities

Research and identify target brands (E-Commerce/DTC in health, wellness, beauty, fashion, lifestyle + Personal Brands like coaches, consultants, creators).

Spot businesses with viral-potential products but weak content/engagement.

Run email & social media DM outreach sequences (templates provided).

Personalize outreach (reference recent posts, products, or milestones).

Track all outreach in CRM (status, follow-ups, results).

Book qualified calls directly into our calendar.

???? Performance Goals (KPIs)

50–100 new contacts/day (email + DMs).

15–20% response rate.

5–10 qualified calls booked/week.

70–80?ll show-up rate (calendar reminders provided).

? Requirements

Strong written English skills.

Appointment setting, lead generation, or VA experience preferred.

Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented.

Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-only pay structure.

Familiarity with outreach tools, CRMs, or trackers is a plus.

???? Compensation (Commission-Based Only)

Paid per qualified booked call (rate to be discussed).

Additional performance bonuses for exceeding weekly/monthly targets.

No base salary. Your earnings grow as you book more calls.

Opportunity for long-term work and higher commissions as results increase.
