Your Position: CAC Operation Agency Fulfillment Specialist For Clients

Core Responsibility: Execute complete technical setup and implementation of client mentorship systems for trading info product businesses.

Primary Deliverables: (CAC offers 2 packages to their clients)

CAC’s High Ticket Package: Full GHL sub-account setup with snapshot deployment, multi-funnel creation, lead magnets, waitlist-to-launch sequences, external integrations (Zapier, n8n, ConvertKit, Wistia, DocuSign), branding customization, and quality assurance

CAC’s Mid Ticket Package: Streamlined GHL setup with single lead magnet funnel, domain connection, and email delivery system

Key Tasks: (Every component is templated and your job is to personalize it)

Deploy and customize GHL snapshots (branding, colors, logos, copy)

Purchase and connect Namecheap domains to GHL

Build prioritized assets: lead magnets, waitlist funnels, opt-in workflows

Configure external integrations from scratch in client accounts

Upload and format client media (VSLs, testimonials) with custom styling

Set up ConvertKit sequences, tags, automations, and broadcasts

Execute pre-launch testing across ALL systems

Handle client change requests during implementation

Optimize conversion elements (CTAs, design tweaks, UX improvements) autonomously

Success Criteria: Independently manage 5-15 client setups monthly with zero errors, proactive optimization, and muscle-memory execution speed and EOD reports.

Escalation: Flag technical blockers or scope changes via ClickUp/ ---------- immediately while attempting solutions first.
