Admin + Caller Virtual Assistant (Full-Time | Long-Term | Start ASAP)

???? Salary: ?20,000 – ?30,000/month (based on experience)
???? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

We are looking for a serious, reliable, and experienced Virtual Assistant for a long-term role. If you're hardworking and want stable work, this is for you.

???? What You’ll Do:

Admin support, client file & data management
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and SMS
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Create reports, manage spreadsheets, and analyze data
Work on document editing, social media posts, and email marketing

???? Requirements:

Strong Excel skills (reports, formulas, calculations, P&L)
Experience with admin tasks, documents, and client data
Fluent English (spoken & written)
BPO experience (US campaign preferred)
Comfortable on calls and client communication
Lead generation experience is a plus

???? Work Setup Requirements:

Quiet workspace (no background noise)
Noise-canceling headset
Stable high-speed internet
Reliable computer
