About the Role:
AccuMovers LLC is hiring a Virtual Assistant to help with simple, detail-oriented tasks that support our business with government bids and daily organization. No special experience is needed — just reliability, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Check websites for new bid opportunities (training provided)
Fill out forms and update a spreadsheet with the details
Keep digital files organized and easy to navigate
Email
Help gather product info and pricing from websites
Support small tasks related to outreach or quotes
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is organized and dependable
Good written English and ability to follow clear instructions
Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets
Quick learner and consistent communicator
Hours:
You work when you want, ideally some flexibility to work evenings, but a majority of hours will be at your discretion.
