Virtual Assistant – AI Research & Content (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Help turn ideas into content, research what’s happening in AI, and run simple systems.

I’m hiring a proactive, curious person who loves AI and wants to help me research trends, extract ideas, and produce high-quality LinkedIn content.

What you’ll do (starting focus):

Your first priority will be running and improving my AI-augmented LinkedIn content system.

You will:

- Research trending news, viral posts, and conversations in AI automation (with the help of AI)
- Join me for a weekly 30-minute “mini-podcast” call where you draw out my ideas, experiences, and opinions
- Use my existing AI tools and templates to turn those ideas into polished LinkedIn posts
- Keep the system organised, consistent, and running smoothly
- Flag insights, patterns, or ideas that could become future posts

If things go well, you may later take on more research, light project coordination, or content-related tasks - or workflow-building if you have that skill or want to learn.

Must-haves

- You use LLMs daily and follow what’s happening in AI
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- High technical comfort with modern tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, Trello, Slack, Loom, etc.)
- Proactive and organised: you like taking ownership of tasks and keeping things moving
- Comfortable talking on video calls

Nice-to-haves (not required)

- Copywriting experience
- Design experience (even Canva-level)
- Automation exposure (Zapier/Make/n8n)
- Curiosity about content strategy
