We're a growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and customer communications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and communications professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks and data management
- Create reports and documentation
- Support marketing and operational projects as needed
- Research and compile information
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient with AI tools (Claude AI, ChatGPT) for productivity and content assistance
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems
Nice to Have:
- Shopify experience
Hours: Flexible, with some overlap with Pacific Time (PT) business hours required
