Position Overview

M3 Naturals is looking to hire a qualified virtual assistant to provide support to brand managers across Amazon customer support and promotions. This position provides an opportunity for the selected candidate to provide invaluable support in the fast-paced Amazon and eCommerce industry for one of the top operators on Amazon right now.

The ideal virtual assistant candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills to be able to speak with customers via email and messenger, provide them exceptional customer service using templates and keep customer information and other data filed appropriately. We’re looking for an ambitious candidate that’s eager to quickly learn and enhance existing processes for an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience with Amazon, Outlook and ManyChat systems. They should be able to prioritize projects, complete work in a timely manner and communicate with the brand managers should questions or issues arise.

Responsibilities
• Answering customer support emails using excellent customer service through use of templates and timely conflict resolution
• Answering customer messages through ---------- Facebook Messenger App using excellent customer service through use of templates, tagging/filtering and timely conflict resolution
• Supporting brand manager with promotions and prizing fulfillment
• Support brand manager by monitoring all product listings and customer feedback on a frequent basis and escalating any issues
• Support team by organizing files and customer lists, pulling reports, analyzing data and other ad hoc projects

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative or remote employee
• Experience with Amazon, ManyChat, Google Drive and Microsoft Outlook is highly desired
• Exceptional grasp of the English language through written, verbal and interpersonal communications
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside of organization
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgement
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work in a highly ambiguous environment

Additional details
• 40hrs/week contractor position with competitive pay and remote, flexible schedule
• During initial 90 days, the chosen candidate should be prepared to work in US – Eastern time zone for training with the team
• Casual company environment with work hard/play hard culture
