Virtual Assistant

We are a online retail store called Accessorie Society. We sell women fashion accessories ranging from all types of jewelry, shades, hair accessories, scarves etc. We are looking to launch our website March 1, 2019 and we are in need of a virtual assistant that can wear several different hats within our organization. This would be a long term gig. Below are the task that you would handle on a day to day basis.

1. Engage and communicate with customers via Live Chat
2. Respond promptly to email inquires
3. Be our Phone support
4. Processing of PO's(Purchase Orders)
5. Order Fulfillment
6. Confirming and providing Order Confirmations from the suppliers to our customers
7. Obtaining and providing shipment updates from the suppliers to our customers
8. Monitor product Inventory levels
9. Uploading and removing products from the website. (need basis)
