RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting daily agency operations and administrative tasks
- Managing candidate pipelines and scheduling
- Communicating with candidates and agents via phone,
platforms
- Supporting weekly virtual interviews and team huddles
- Data entry and CRM pipeline management
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining digital files and documents
- Following standard operating procedures and reporting to Operations Lead
- Other tasks as assigned based on business needs

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Microsoft Outlook —
- Google Drive — file storage and document sharing
- Google Sheets — data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Video conferencing platforms — Zoom or similar
- Instant messaging platforms — WhatsApp,
- Cloud-based CRM systems — experience with any CRM preferred
- Project management tools — experience with any task management platform
- Digital document management — creating, editing, organizing files
- Digital document signing platforms — experience preferred
- Online learning management systems — experience preferred
- Time tracking and productivity monitoring software — must be comfortable being
monitored
- AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
- Smartphone — required for calls and communication
- Updated computer system — required
- Stable high-speed internet — required (speed test screenshot must be submitted
with application)

WORK SCHEDULE:
- Part-time hours
- Slotted availability: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time)
- Full availability required during peak hours within this window
- Some Saturdays required — approximately once per month
