JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the General Manager of a cleaning company.

This is a full-time role for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and gets things done without needing to be micromanaged. You'll be the right hand of a fast-moving entrepreneur, handling both professional and personal tasks that keep his day running smoothly.

Professional Tasks

1. Research projects (vendors, competitors, market data, logistics)
2. Follow-ups with contacts, vendors, and service providers
3. Data entry and file organization (digital and physical)
4. Scheduling and calendar management
5. Running office errands and handling day-to-day operational support
6. Customer service calls on behalf of the business

Personal & Family Support

1. Coordinating family appointments and schedules
2. Tracking bills and household accounts
3. Calling customer service on personal accounts
4. Supporting with occasional tasks as needed

Qualifications

1. Highly organized and detail-oriented
2. Comfortable switching between professional and personal tasks throughout the day
3. Trustworthy and discreet. You'll have access to sensitive personal and business information
4. A self-starter who asks good questions and follows through
5. Prior executive assistant experience preferred but not required, we'll train the right person
