We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day online activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment. This position requires weekend availability (Friday and Saturday EST).
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, social media, and internal communication channels
• Assist with customer support and routine operational tasks
• Maintain accurate records and update spreadsheets as needed
• Schedule and post social media content and promotional materials
• Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Coordinate with team leads regarding updates, shift coverage, and daily tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or virtual assistant roles
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data entry tasks
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Reliable internet connection and dependable availability

Shifts Available:
