888 Spotless Cleaning Services is a growing residential cleaning company based in Maryland. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive virtual assistant who will help grow our business and treat it with the same care and attention as if it were their own.

This is more than just an administrative role. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping a business succeed, takes initiative, and always has the company's best interests at heart.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments
Manage and update social media accounts
Create and schedule engaging social media content
Assist with marketing campaigns and customer outreach
Request reviews from customers after completed services
Manage calendars and scheduling
Maintain customer records and follow-up systems
Help identify new opportunities to grow the business
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with social media marketing and content creation
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliable internet connection and computer
Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or cleaning businesses is a plus
Honest, trustworthy, and committed to helping the business grow
