We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Research & Outreach Coordinator.
This is a remote, full-time position focused on online research, finding contact information, organizing data, and helping with outreach projects.
This is not a traditional sales role. You do not need to be an aggressive salesperson. We are looking for someone who enjoys researching, learning, solving problems, and finding information online.
What You Will Do
Your main tasks will include:
Researching companies, schools, government agencies, and other organizations
Finding the right departments, decision makers, and contact information
Organizing research in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, or other tools
Gathering information from websites, LinkedIn, public records, and other online sources
Helping identify possible business opportunities
Sending personalized
Making occasional phone calls to verify information
Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to work more efficiently
Supporting special research and business development projects

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools
Interested in learning how to use AI tools for work
Experience That Is Helpful
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:
Virtual Assistant work
Online research
Lead research or contact research
Email
CRM systems
Google Sheets or Excel
Data entry and database management
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
