We're looking for a Virtual Assistant with proven experience in admin, project coordination, or a similar all-rounder support role for an AU or international client.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Keep projects on track by assigning tasks, monitoring timelines, managing budgets, and following up with the team on progress
• Handle daily
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and proposals, and assist with tracking sales performance metrics
• Respond to new customer enquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up on client satisfaction
• Social media content coordination
• Make basic website content updates and assist with inventory tracking and order coordination
Who We're Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, business administration, or project coordination
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident handling customer-facing correspondence
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365
• Hands-on experience preparing quotes and invoices
• Comfortable managing high-volume inboxes and phone-based enquiries
• Experience scheduling social media content on at least one major platform
• Any exposure to trades or home services, CRM platforms, or tools like Xero, Asana, Trello, or Canva is a plus
