Virtual Assistant (Shopify Product Upload Specialist)

Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in rugs and home décor products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and upload products to our Shopify store.

Responsibilities

* Upload new products to Shopify
* Create and organize product collections
* Format product descriptions and specifications
* Upload and optimize product images
* Ensure product information is accurate and complete
* Organize product tags, categories, and filters
* Update pricing, inventory, and product details as needed
* Follow established formatting and listing guidelines
* Perform quality checks to ensure listings are error-free

Requirements

* Previous experience with Shopify
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written English skills
* Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with dropshipping businesses
* Experience uploading large product catalogs
* Basic image editing experience (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
