Amazon Sourcing VA
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Sourcing VA to help identify profitable products for resale on Amazon FBA.
We are seeking a full time employee (30-40 hours a week) offering flexible hours with weekly meetings based on Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities
Source profitable products from online retailers
Analyze products using Keepa and SellerampSAS
Verify profitability, competition, and sales history
Submit leads in a structured spreadsheet
Follow sourcing criteria and company SOPs
Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets
Requirements
Previous experience sourcing products for Amazon FBA sellers
Strong understanding of Keepa and SellerampSAS
Ability to calculate ROI, profit, and margins accurately
Familiarity with Amazon fees and restrictions
Experience with reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, and manual sourcing
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and communication skills

Sourcing Criteria:
Amazon not on listing
At least 3–4 FBA sellers sharing the Buy Box (to avoid single-seller domination).
No hazmat or meltable products unless you want those.
Product must be available for purchase today.
Include purchase link, Keepa screenshot, estimated ROI, profit, and monthly sales estimate.

Ideal leads typically have 30%+ ROI, at least $3 net profit, consistent sales history, manageable competition, and low intellectual property risk. We prioritize repeatable buying opportunities over one-off clearance finds.

Test Assignment
Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a sourcing test. Find 3 products that meet the following criteria:
Minimum 30% ROI
Minimum $3 net profit
Amazon is not a seller
Consistent sales history for at least 3 months
No obvious intellectual property concerns
Only applicants who complete the sourcing test successfully will be considered.
We are looking for someone who values accuracy and quality over simply submitting a large number of leads. We are looking for actionable leads.
