I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me manage day-to-day administrative tasks and keep my business organized.
This is a remote, long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage
2. Organize files and documents
3. Update spreadsheets and reports
4. Conduct online research
5. Schedule appointments and manage my calendar
6. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
7. Help keep projects and tasks organized
What I'm Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
Reliable internet connection and computer
Bonus Skills:
Social media management experience
Canva experience
Customer support experience
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
Hours:
Part-time to start
Flexible schedule
