We’re looking for a highly resourceful Virtual Assistant to become the first hire in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

This is a black hat role — meaning you’ll handle all the tasks the founder no longer has time for. If you’re hungry, detail-oriented, and ready to wear many hats, read on.

???? What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Will Be the Same):
- Managing client onboarding (emails, form submissions, setting up folders)
- Posting, editing, and refreshing Facebook & IG ads
- Keep internal systems updated: Google Sheets, trackers, Monday.com boards
- Execute project-based tasks (e.g. cleaning up CRM, renaming files, updating SOPs)
- Following SOPs and helping build new ones
- Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time
