Virtual Assistant

Our team ---------- on Instagram) is searching for a talented Virtual Assistant (40–50 hours per week) with 1+ years of website editing experience to create websites for brands using Google/GoHighLevel. You will be editing different small business websites.

We offer a monthly rate of $600–$800/month, depending on experience and skill level.
You do NOT need experience in all platforms. You don’t need experience in barbering or niche-specific work. Only video editing experience is required. The rest will be taught during training. You must be willing to learn.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Must overlap at least 2 hours/day with CST (Dallas time)

Salary:
$4–$6/hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses available
$50 bonus per successful subaccount launch

Main Responsibilities (80%):
Create subaccounts from snapshots
Build websites using templates (Homepage + 3 Service Pages + Contact Page)

Set up automations:
Missed call text-back
Lead capture forms
7-day follow-up sequences
Reactivation campaigns
Pipeline stages setup
Review request automation

QA / Testing:
Forms
Notifications
Calendars
Automations

Secondary Tasks (Training Provided):
Google Business Profile setup & optimization
Basic SEO tasks (keyword research + 1 blog post/month across accounts)

Requirements:
1+ year GoHighLevel experience (portfolio required)
Fluent English communication
Can build clean websites using templates
Detail-oriented and organized
Stable internet connection
Comfortable with Zoom / Google Meet

Bonus Structure:
$50 bonus per successful subaccount launch when:
Website is live
Forms working
Notifications active
Missed call text-back working
Pipeline created
Review automation live
Google Business Profile created & optimized

GoHighLevel, Canva, Slack, Google Drive, Loom, ClickUp, Trello
