I’m looking for someone sharp, hungry, and genuinely skilled with modern digital tools. This role is for a long term teammate who wants to grow with a fast moving company, not a quick gig hopper. If you learn fast, work hard, and take pride in producing clean, high performing digital work, you’ll fit right in.
The nonnegotiable skill set:
You must already have a working knowledge of SEO and website development. I do not need you to be a senior developer, but I do need you to demonstrate that you understand how Google actually reads a site, how to diagnose and improve rankings, how to keep a site technically healthy, and how to use modern tools including AI to level up performance. If SEO is something you only “sort of” understand, this will not be the right fit.

The job will include:
• Managing back end SEO tasks, updates, site structure, indexing, and ongoing optimization
• Improving the layout, speed, and usability of the website
• Using AI tools and current techniques to keep content fresh and competitive
• Light video editing and content prep (I will train you)
• Helping manage social media (posting, scheduling, caption prep, asset organization)
What will disqualify you immediately:
• Generic copy pasted applications
• No portfolio, no examples, no evidence you understand SEO
• Saying “I can learn SEO” instead of proving you already know the foundations
• Not following the instructions below

This is a part time position that will grow to full time quickly if you show real capability. As your responsibilities expand, your pay will increase to match. The interview process will not be short, because I’m looking for someone who actually wants a long term role.
