Virtual Personal Assistant
Location: Studio City, CA
Overview
I’m a busy professional in Los Angeles running a boutique talent agency and a dynamic household. I need an organized, proactive Virtual Assistant who can manage primarily personal and occasional business tasks—helping me stay on top of both family life and business projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal / Lifestyle Support
Researching recipes and organizing meal planning, ordering groceries etc
Manage travel planning and occasional family calendars, appointments, etc.
Research and book reservations (restaurants, kid activities, etc.)
Research and coordinate household vendors (contractors, deliveries, repairs)
Online shopping, gift sourcing, and returns
Occasional Business Support
Prepare entertainment & celebrity research, databases, business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Track projects and follow up with tea
Light social media coordinating
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 2+ years of experience using Chat GPT or similar AI software
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Airtable, Squarespace, Canva and ClickUp
Must overlap at least 4 hours per day with Pacific Time (Los Angeles) each work day
Discretion and professionalism with confidential personal and business information
Basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a strong sense of urgency
A natural problem-solver with strong tech skills and curiosity to learn emerging tools
Technologically savvy - able to help troubleshoot various tech problems as they arise
HOURS AND COMPENSATION:
15-30 hours a week.
