Administrative Tasks:
Managing

Organizing and maintaining client and property files
Lead Management & Client Communication:
Responding to leads and inquiries via phone,
Pre-qualifying leads and setting appointments for agents
Following up with potential and past clients
Listing & Property Management:
Preparing, uploading, and syndicating property listings on MLS and online portals
Monitoring staging and repairs
Transaction Coordination:
Managing paperwork, contracts, addendums, and disclosures
Coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other parties
Tracking deadlines and ensuring smooth closing processes
Marketing & Social Media:
Creating and posting social media content
Designing flyers,
Managing real estate blogs and newsletters
Market Research:
Researching market trends and property details
Analyzing pricing points and competitor strategies
Key Skills & Qualifications
Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of real estate processes and terminology is crucial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, MLS systems, and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and other professionals.
Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
