Profitability Partners is a U.S.-based fractional CFO firm that supports founders preparing for a sale, raising capital, or fixing cashflow issues. Our clients are typically 7-figure+ business owners in trades, e-commerce, and services who need operational and financial clarity to grow or exit.
We are hiring a creative, independent, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help identify and contact potential clients. Your work will directly impact revenue. This is a long-term role with a commission component.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for top-of-funnel sales activity, including:
Researching trade shows, events, podcasts, and forums that our ideal clients (e.g., Trade business owners, e-comm founders, agency owners, startup founders, business brokers & coaches) engage with
Finding contact information (LinkedIn profiles,
Sending outbound messages via LinkedIn, contact forms, and
Monitoring online conversations in forums or communities (Reddit,
Weekly tracking of activity metrics: leads generated, messages sent, replies received, qualified leads identified
Thinking independently and experimenting with new approaches to maximize conversions
You’re a Good Fit If:
You speak and write in clear, unaccented professional English
You're willing to keep EST business hours
You’ve worked in lead generation, cold outreach, or sales support roles for sophisticated products before
You’re good at finding & filtering information online, using LinkedIn, Forum searches, and event databases
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and work with little supervision
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Compensation
Base Pay: negotiable depending on experience and hours (part-time to full-time available)
Commission: $250 per closed contract sourced from your leads
Weekly payment via Payoneer, Wise, or PayPal
Performance-based raises and long-term incentives available

Experience using
Prior B2B lead gen for marketing agencies, SaaS, or finance professionals
Familiarity with U.S. business structuring, any of the above listed industries, and financial services
A US phone number
