Hello!
I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is smart, fast, and tech-savvy. Someone who genuinely cares about women’s empowerment and can get things done without constant guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This role includes tech support, social media management, light video editing, and Kajabi support.

You will help with:
1. Creating, repurposing, and scheduling Instagram content including reels, carousel posts, quote graphics, and captions
2. Light video editing such as trimming reels, adding captions, transitions, and simple intros for Kajabi videos
3. Uploading course content to Kajabi and making sure automations, forms, and landing pages are functioning correctly
4. Helping manage a >Facebook community
5. Reusing content across platforms like Instagram and email
6. Supporting online launches and other admin tasks

Ideal Qualities:
1. Comfortable using video tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva
2. Has an eye for clean, modern visuals and brand-friendly design
3. Experience with Kajabi is a bonus, or the ability to learn quickly
4. Can write captions that feel warm, empowering, and personal
5. Takes initiative, communicates well, and completes tasks on time
