We're looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support our dynamic leadership and broader team. You’ll be a key part of our daily operations, joining morning huddles and working closely with the CEO, CFO, Sales, and Marketing teams to help us grow the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Admin Support: Reconcile bank transactions in Xero, manage inboxes, and assist with document preparation.
• Office Logistics: Order supplies (milk, coffee, consumables), and coordinate couriers and deliveries locally and internationally.
• Travel & Meeting Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and schedule meetings across time zones.
• Team Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders (CFO, CEO, Sales, Marketing), and ensure smooth flow of information.
• Email Handling: Respond to general enquiries and escalate important matters.
• Reporting & Presentations: Compile monthly business updates using Salesforce and online systems, prepare presentations for investors.
• General Operations: Provide daily support to the team wherever needed – you’ll be an integral part of our virtual office.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in executive assistance, admin or operations (ideally for Western companies)
• Proficiency with Xero, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zoom
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy, solutions-oriented, and responsive
• Self-motivated with a proactive “get it done” attitude
• Availability to work Australian business hours and join our daily morning team huddles
