Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:


Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling posts.


Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages.


Etsy Listing Creation
Upload photos and descriptions to our Vela account, which manages Etsy listings


Audit current listings and update listing descriptions to match company's voice and new format.


Project Assistance:


Assist in organizing and coordinating projects like new launches, customer email marketing campaigns, and more.


Track project progress and deadlines.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.


Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Etsy, and Slack.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.


High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.


Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).


Social media management experience.
