Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Media Operations

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our real estate media operations. The ideal candidate will assist with after-hours client communication and perform high-quality photo editing to ensure our content meets luxury marketing standards. This role requires an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently and accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS

- Respond to client inquiries and requests after hours in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

- Provide basic support for scheduling, file delivery, and common questions (Using SPIRO and Google Calendar)

- Ensure all communication aligns with Pineway Media’s brand and customer service standards

PHOTO EDITING & QUALITY CONTROL

- Edit real estate photos to a high standard, ensuring visual consistency and appeal

- Photos will first be edited in an AI photo editing software, and you will then do quality control and basic edits to polish the photos and create the final product

- Remove reflections, lamp wires, cars in driveways, license plates, and people from photos and drone Photos

- Add realistic fire to fireplaces and simulate lighting in fixtures that couldn’t be turned on

- Ensure all images are properly ordered from the start (front to back of the home unless otherwise noted)

- Upload and deliver files correctly the first time—**accuracy and attention to detail are essential**

- Closely follow shoot notes and client preferences

- Maintain a consistent file naming and delivery process to meet internal standards

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in photo editing with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom

- Previous experience in real estate media is a strong asset

- Excellent communication skills in written English

- High attention to detail and ability to spot visual discrepancies

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Must be reliable, responsive, and committed to delivering quality work

- Experience using SPIRO is a strong benefit
