We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to join us part-time and support daily customer experience, backend admin, and social messaging. If you’re a problem-solver with great English and solid eCommerce experience — you might be the one we’re looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check and respond to customer
• Support customers with order tracking, returns, and general enquiries using Shopify
• Use Klaviyo to manage or assist with basic customer updates or
• Keep our Notion workspace and trackers up to date
• Log refund cases, order issues, and customer feedback
• Suggest improvements to FAQs,
• Collaborate with the team on launches and content feedback
• Assist with basic Shopify backend tasks (order reviews, Zendrop fulfilment, etc.)
• Be a reliable, communicative team player who always looks for ways to add value
Tools You’ll Use:
• Shopify (Order management, customer profiles, tracking, apps)
• Klaviyo
• Notion (Task boards, SOPs, logs)
• Google Sheets (Issue logs, basic reporting)
• Shopify Apps like Zendrop and
• Instagram, TikTok,
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong written English skills
• Experience with eCommerce, customer service, or VA work
• Tech-savvy, organised, and confident using online tools
• A self-starter with great problem-solving skills and initiative
• Someone who can work independently, meet deadlines, and suggest improvements
• Positive and professional attitude with a can-do mindset
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Klaviyo or other
• Shopify apps like Zendrop,
• Canva, basic design or content editing
• Past experience working with DTC e-commerce brands
Work Hours & Pay:
• Part-Time: 15–25 hours/week
• Flexible hours, but must check messages/emails daily
• Monthly Pay: ?20,000–?25,000 PHP
• Pay increase based on performance, proactiveness, and reliability
