Our introduction: We are a growing content production agency scaling up our operations. We form elite, dedicated squads of contractors (Editors, Writers, Designers) to deliver high-impact content packages for our premium clients. We manage the client acquisition and project management, leaving you free to do what you do best: edit incredible videos.

What you will do:
1. Take raw footage and scripts to assemble highly engaging, fast-paced videos.
2. Apply modern pacing, sound design, color grading, and dynamic motion graphics/captions.
3. Collaborate synchronously with the team’s Scriptwriter and Thumbnail Designer.
4. Execute up to 2 rounds of revisions per project based on structured client feedback.
5. Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines and delivery schedules.


Skills required:
1. A proven track record of editing [insert your niche, e.g., YouTube essays / TikToks & Reels / Corporate promos].
2. Software Mastery: Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
3. Reliability: Ability to turn around first drafts within [e.g., 48 hours] of receiving assets.
4. Communication: Fluent in English, responsive daily on [insert app, e.g., Slack/Discord], and comfortable working with a international team.
5. Mindset: You understand and thrive in an agency ecosystem where your income scales with the number of clients we hand you.
