AI Video and Motion Graphics Editor

The Role

You will be responsible for producing learner-facing videos and resources across The Coaches Business Studio and Coloqia.

Unlike a traditional video editing role, you will own the content production process from avatar generation through to final delivery.

Working from scripts, scene breakdowns, visual briefs and established production standards, you will create AI-presented educational content using platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Artlist, Higgsfield and other emerging AI video tools. You will then take that content through post-production, visual enhancement and final assembly to create polished, publication-ready learning experiences.

Alongside video production, you will create supporting graphics, motion graphics, downloadable resources and visual assets that enhance learner understanding and engagement.

Your role is to ensure that every piece of learner-facing content is professionally produced, visually coherent, engaging and aligned with the Studio's quality standards.

You will effectively own the final stage of the content creation process, transforming curriculum and scripts into finished educational experiences.

Core Responsibilities

AI Video Creation & Avatar Production

Create presenter-led educational videos using AI avatar platforms such as:

* HeyGen
* Synthesia
* Artlist Avatar
* Higgsfield
* Other emerging AI video-generation tools

This includes:

* Building scenes from scripts and production briefs
* Managing avatar selection and consistency
* Creating conversations and multi-avatar sequences where required
* Configuring voice, delivery and presentation settings
* Producing platform-ready video outputs
* Experimenting with new AI production tools and workflows
* Identifying opportunities to improve production quality through emerging technologies

You will be expected to stay current with developments in AI video production and help the business continually improve its production capabilities.

Video Editing & Post-Production

Take AI-generated presenter footage and transform it into polished educational content.

This includes:

* Editing and sequencing video segments
* Managing pacing and learner engagement
* Adding titles and lower thirds
* Adding captions and on-screen text
* Integrating motion graphics
* Incorporating diagrams and visual aids
* Sourcing and integrating b-roll footage
* Adding transitions and visual polish
* Colour correction and audio enhancement where required
* Maintaining consistency across lessons, programmes and platforms

Primary tools will include:

* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe After Effects
* Photoshop

Equivalent professional tools will also be considered.

Motion Graphics & Learning Visualisation

Create simple, professional visual elements that improve learning and comprehension.

Examples include:

* Animated diagrams
* Framework visualisations
* Process maps
* Timelines
* Decision trees
* Comparative graphics
* On-screen callouts
* Text animations
* Lesson openers and closers

The goal is educational clarity and professional presentation rather than complex animation for its own sake.

Worksheet & Resource Production

Create learner resources using established templates and brand guidelines.

This may include:

* Worksheets
* Reflection exercises
* Planning templates
* Checklists
* Implementation guides
* Course handouts
* Downloadable resources

Resources should be visually appealing, practical, easy to use and consistent with the Studio's design standards.

Visual Asset Creation

Create supporting visual assets for programmes, classes and marketing materials.

Examples include:

* Infographics
* Process diagrams
* Framework illustrations
* Icons
* Course thumbnails
* Presentation graphics
* Resource illustrations

Use a combination of traditional design tools and AI-assisted creative tools where appropriate.

Production Quality Control

Review all assets before publication.

Ensure consistency across:

* Visual style
* Branding
* Typography
* Layout
* Naming conventions
* Production workflows
* Learning experience standards
* Technical quality

Maintain a professional and polished learner experience across the entire platform.

Innovation & Workflow Development

Because AI media technology is evolving rapidly, part of this role involves helping us improve how we produce content.

This includes:

* Testing new AI video platforms
* Evaluating new avatar technologies
* Improving production workflows
* Identifying efficiency gains
* Recommending new tools and approaches
* Helping establish future production standards
