We operate a growing network of YouTube channels and publish content daily across multiple niches. To keep up with demand, we're adding a dedicated production assistant to our team — someone who wants to stick around, master a workflow, and build something long-term with us.

You won't be creating content from scratch. You'll be following a clear, repeatable process — handling scripting, video production, and publishing using a set of AI tools we'll train you on from day one. It takes time to learn. It takes discipline to execute daily. But for the right person, it's a stable, rewarding role with real room to grow.

This is not for people looking for a side gig or a quick paycheck. This is for someone ready to dedicate themselves fully.

What We Need
• Full-time availability — 8 hours a day
• Patience and commitment during the learning phase
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay on track without supervision
• Comfortable picking up new AI tools quickly
• Stable internet connection, always reachable during work hours
• Solid written English skills
• Long-term only — we invest in people who invest in us

Bonus Points
• Familiarity with YouTube or content workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Background in VA or operations work

Compensation
Base: $300 USD/month + performance bonuses
2-month review with potential pay increase
All tools provided and paid for — nothing comes out of your pocket
