As a Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer, you should be confident in making creative decisions independently on the projects and accounts under your charge.
You will work closely with our copywriters to create cohesive creatives to communicate the strategy. It would help if you also grasped the marketing principles and constraints that allow you to highlight better and feature your creative production (e.g. localising for online platforms or being mobile optimised etc.).

You will need to have a good eye for design, be capable of working under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. You are responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative ideas aligned with the brand guidelines and standards, designing creatives and engaging the user at every interaction while staying true to the brand vision.
Beyond creating aesthetically pleasing experiences, you are also a problem solver at heart and should be comfortable employing research-driven methods to ensure designs are functional and meet the critical needs of the user.
You will need to begin broadening your knowledge of marketing and business to allow your design to make an impact.
You will need to have a keen sense of understanding campaign work and the function of design within, allowing you to create content to translate into meaningful growth for our stakeholders.
You will be assigned to guide project tea
Requirements:
- Assembling raw footage into a cohesive, polished video product.
- Manipulating and arranging video clips, audio, graphics, and effects to tell a compelling story or convey a message.
- Ensuring continuity, smooth transitions, and proper pacing throughout the video.
- Collaborating with other tea
- Selecting and integrating music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the video's impact.
- Color grading and correcting footage to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look.
- Adding text, titles, captions, and animations as needed for clarity and engagement.
- Optimizing videos for different platforms and formats, considering aspect ratios, resolutions, and file sizes.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, software tools, and techniques to improve editing skills and efficiency.
- Managing project timelines, deadlines, and revisions to deliver high-quality videos on schedule.

Work Arrangement
This is a 3 Month Contract Position with a chance for a Full Time Role after completion.
Official working hours: 9am - 6.30pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday - Friday
