The content is factual and relevant, but the delivery is designed to make people laugh while they despair.
What You'll Be Doing:
You get the audio synced with video, you are only here for real post-production, timing the
Sourcing and integrating high-quality b-roll that contrasts the serious topic with the sarcastic tone of the script.
Pacing the edit to land the comedic beats perfectly—knowing when to let an awkward pause sit, or when to cut sharply for effect.
Following strict aesthetic guidelines (clean cuts, minimalist approach, no on-screen text during animations).
Requirements:
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to edit documentary or educational content.
An inherent understanding of comedic timing, specifically deadpan or sarcastic humor.
Experience working with archival footage, news clips, and interview pacing.
Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly.
