What You’ll Be Doing
Edit 2–3 short explainer videos weekly (3–6 minutes each)
Create 5–7 YouTube Shorts weekly (these can be repurposed from longer videos)
Add subtitles, music, transitions, and light branding (logo/intro/outro)
Keep the style clear, clean, and fun
Work from templates or propose your own style
Deliver final mp4 files via Google Drive or similar

Pay & Perks
380 PHP/video starting rate
100 PHP bonus for top-performing videos
Potential raise after 3-month review
Commission opportunities once YouTube channel is monetised
Creative freedom + consistent support from our media lead
Long-term work partnerships for the right fit

Who We’re Looking For
Basic to strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, VN, Canva, etc.)
Eye for pacing, layout, and visual storytelling
Strong English skills (important for subtitle accuracy)
Reliable, deadline-driven, and communicative
Interest in literature, grammar, or education is a plus
Bonus: experience with animations or explainer-style videos and educational content

Our Media Workflow
You’ll work closely with our team as well as individually and be overseen by Francis, our Educational Content & Production Organiser, who ensures videos match our educational goals and branding.

Weekly check-ins via online meeting to discuss projects and feedback.

How to Apply
Send us:
A quick intro (cover letter or short message)
Your portfolio or sample videos (educational or YouTube-style preferred)
The tools you use and your weekly availability
We are open to discussing rates depending on experience and output.

If you have experience in either:
Editing faceless educational videos (2–6 mins), or
Creating short-form videos for YouTube Shorts,

…then we’d love to see your work! Apply for the next stage!
