YouTube Long-Form Video Editor (Freelance)

I am looking for a video editor to support a growing YouTube channel focused on long-form content.
This starts as a part-time collaboration (1 or 2 video’s /week) with room to grow into a larger and more structured workflow over time.

**What I am looking for**

- Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
- Strong storytelling and pacing
- Comfortable working with provided voice-over and assets
- Able to deliver consistent quality under deadlines
- Reliable communication and realistic planning

**Scope**
- Starting volume: 1–2 completed videos per week
- Potential to scale up to 3 or more videos per week over time
- Video length: typically 10–30 minutes

**Workflow**
- Script + Voice-over provided via link (google drive)
- Delivery via Frame
- Revisions with feedback included
- Communication via e-mail

**Compensation**
- $2 per finished minute
- Payment via Wise
- Invoice to be provided by editor
- Turnaround expectations
- Standard turnaround: 48 hours per video
