Video Editor – Street Interview Ads (Performance Creative)

Who We Are

We produce street interview ads real people, unscripted reactions, authentic conversations that drive real results for consumer brands. Our ads stop the scroll, build trust, and convert cold audiences into customers. We need an editor who gets that.

The Role
You're not just cutting clips. You're engineering ---------- nts that make someone stop mid-scroll and say "wait, what is that?" You'll take raw street interview footage and turn it into short-form performance ads (15–60 sec) that run on Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snap.

What You'll Do
- Cut raw street interview footage into tight, engaging performance ads
- Engineer scroll-stopping hooks in the first 2–3 seconds using the best reaction ---------- nts
- Identify and sequence the most authentic, emotionally resonant clips
- Layer in B-roll, text overlays, captions, and sound design to amplify the story
- Make content feel native to the platform not like an ad
- Deliver multiple concept variations per shoot to feed the algorithm
- Iterate quickly based on performance data (hook rate, CTR, watch time)

You're the Right Person If...
- You've edited direct response or UGC-style ads that have actually spent money and performed
- You instinctively know which reaction clip will hook someone vs. which one won't
- You can make a 45-second street interview feel like must-watch content
- You understand that pacing, music, and structure are the difference between a scroll and a sale
- You're fast, organized, and can manage multiple brands at once
- You take feedback well and care about results, not just aesthetics

Must-Haves
- Portfolio of short-form video ads (UGC, street interview, or documentary-style preferred)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of ad metrics — hook rate, 3-second view rate, CTR, ROAS
- Strong instinct for storytelling through real human ---------- nts

Bonus Points
- You've worked with DTC or e-commerce brands
- You've edited content that hit 2x+ ROAS or a 50%+ hook rate
- You follow what's working in the paid social creative space
